MANUSCRIPTS
We do not accept manuscripts sent by e-mail.
Manuscripts should be sent to the following address:
JPCCR Editors,
Institute of Agricultural Medicine
Jaczewskiego 2
20-090 Lublin, Poland
All manuscripts must be written in English, typewritten, double-spaced, on one side of good quality A4 (210 x 297 mm), or 8.5x11 inch paper, with at least 3 cm (1.2 inch) margins. Submit with a MS-DOSTM-formatted disk with the text of the paper, preferably as a file in MS-WordTM. MS-WordTM for Macintosh files are acceptable only if submitted on an IBMTM-formatted disk. Label the disk with the first author's name and title of the manuscript; specify the name and version of word-processor used. Please ensure that the text in file is identical with that on printout. Only in exceptional cases, manuscripts submitted without a diskette, will be accepted at editors' discretion. Although either British or American usage is permitted, the usage in each paper must be consistent. The Editors reserve the right to adjust style of the text and/or graphs to certain standards of uniformity.

The text of the manuscript should not exceed 16 double-spaced pages (excluding title page, abstract, references, tables and figures). Number all pages in sequence, beginning with the Title Page.
The Title page of the original must contain the complete title of the manuscript, names (with full first names) and affiliations of all authors, name, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail box address of the author responsible for correspondence, a proposed running title of not adequately index the subject mater of the article. Concerning the keywords, the authors are encouraged to use terms included in the thesaurus of medical keywords proposed by National Library of Medicine (Index Medicus terms).
As the policy of the Editors is that neither the names and institutions of the authors are known to the reviewers nor the authors know the reviewers, any information concerning the author(s) and his (their) institution must be removed from the Title Pages of the 2 copies. Therefore, the Title Page of the 2 copies must contain the complete title of the manuscript, proposed running title, and 5-10 key words or phrases identical to those in the original. Also, the Acknowledgements which may identify author(s) or institution should be removed from these copies.
The second page of the manuscript should contain the Abstract summarizing the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of the work in less than 200 words.
ORGANISATION AND FORMAT OF BRIEF COMMUNICATIONS
The text of the manuscript should not exceed 4 double-spaced pages (excluding title page, abstract and figures). Abstract must not exceed 40 words and the paper may include no more than 2 figures. Subdivision of the text into Title Page (arranged as described above for Original Articles), Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion and References (limited to a necessary minimum) is recommended.
ORGANISATION AND FORMAT OF CASE REPORTS

Line drawings (graphs, charts, etc.) must be submitted as good quality printouts with the original data attached on a separate sheet. Please note that one set of data sheets containing only numerical data which were used to compose the graphs should be sent. Computer-generated figures should also be submitted on MS-DOSTM formatted disk in the format of graph files. Photographs for half-tone reproduction should be of the highest quality. Electron and light micrographs have a scale marker. All lettering must meet professional standards and must be legible after reduction in size by half.
